A gentle, deeply calming treatment that works with the nervous system and subtle rhythms of the body to encourage relaxation, balance, and natural healing. Helpful for stress, tension, headaches, overwhelm, sleep difficulties, and emotional fatigue.

I created RefreshMode to offer personalized, restorative massage and bodywork that helps people slow down, reconnect, and feel more at ease. My approach combines therapeutic techniques with a calm, intuitive style tailored to each client’s individual needs, with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and attentive care.

Sessions may incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Stretching. I may also offer options like Cupping, Hot Stones, or Aromatherapy. Each session is customized to support relaxation, recovery, mobility, nervous system balance, and overall well-being. Clients often describe my work as grounding, calming and rejuvenating.

I trained at Somatherapy Institute in Rancho Mirage and am based in Cathedral City. Providing mobile massage and bodywork sessions in clients’ homes, hotels, or vacation rentals, I primarily serve Palm Springs and Cathedral City, with expanded Coachella Valley service available upon request.
